St. Petersburg, Russia

St. Petersburg, Russia was the biggest and most anticipated stop on our cruise. It was an all day stop and we had an amazing time with fantastic weather. My favorite stop on the cruise!

Riga, Latvia / Day at Sea

We had a day at sea while sailing to Riga, Latvia. My Dad and I lounged by the pool & listened to a reggae band while everyone else was winning Bingo. 3rd Morning was in Riga, Latvia which was like no place I had been before. There were dome buildings and Spires for the skyline and it definitely had a Eastern European feel to it. The Soviet Union had occupied Latvia until 1991 and there were signs in the city that bashed Soviet Union comparing them to Nazi's. We walked around for about 3 hours, ate a Latvian lunch and drank some beers.
